Supports Questrom School of Business faculty, staff and students in the use of technology for both academic and administrative purposes. Develops and delivers instructional programs in computing in the form of one-to-one consulting, workshops, demos, orientations and/or online methods. Assists software development teams by translating user requirements into functional specifications and tests software to insure functionality. Researches, pilots and supports collaboration, digital, and classroom technology initiatives. Reports to the Associate Director, Educational Services and Administration.

B.A./B.S. and one to three years of experience. Wordpress, HTML and Adobe Creative Suite experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, competency with classroom technologies and training and workshop development experience.
