St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst in Meridian!

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains, and oversees the collection of data and preparation of reports to analyze revenue data.
• Reviews organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy and proper revenue recognition.
• Conducts revenue forecast analysis and presents findings to senior management.
• Performs moderately complex statistical, cost and revenue analysis of data reported.
• Provides functional and technical direction to other staff members.
• May develop and create work flows to create value add metric driven reporting, including dashboard reporting, integrating data from multiple systems of record.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 3 years experience in the field or related area
• Licenses/Certifications: None
