$28.10 - $38.11/hr

Job SummaryThe position is responsible for working on physician relationship compliance matters across the entire health system. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, * review contracts for compliance with fair market value (FMV) and internal contracting policies, * perform FMV analyses related to services provided by physicians, * serve as resource for questions related to FMV and internal contracting policies, * assist in the creation and maintenance of resources to assist with fair market value assessments, * work with independent valuation firms, * evaluate financial relationships between the organization and physicians or physician-owned entities, * assist with monitoring and auditing activities related to physician-owned entities and payments to physicians, and * other projects as necessary.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Minimum Experience Requirements1 year of experience in health care compliance, physician contracting, professional services valuation, or in a related area.

Experience with physician contracts, familiarity with various physician compensation models and basic understanding of wRVUs, collections, and community need.

Financial literacy and strong mathematical skills.

Excellent computer and web-based application skills.

Detail oriented with capability to prioritize and organize high volumes of tasks.

Communicate effectively with all position levels.

Confidence and the ability to manage disagreements or differing opinions as needed.

Makes right decisions under pressure based on available evidence and knowledge.
