Five years Project Architect/Junior Project Manager
Five years in commercial projects
Broad experience preferred
Multi-family experience required
Qualifications & Strengths
Documented Advanced Revit training and skills
Intermediate AutoCAD abilities
Working IBC knowledge required
Thrives in small teams and alone
Excellent written and verbal communication
We are looking for an individual to:
Lead projects from design through construction administration as well as perform production work
Research applicable Building Codes and Standards for each project
Coordinate the work of multiple disciplines, including design consultants and engineers
