Joshu is an early-stage SaaS startup focused on revolutionizing how insurance companies build, deploy, and adapt property & casualty insurance products in the digital age. Our fast-growing team is seeking a high performing Business Development Representative that is eager and excited to join a startup. You will need to be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. You will need to be a self-starter that shows self-discipline when working under little supervision.

Prospect into defined accounts via cold calling, email, video, and social strategies
Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for our sales team
You will qualify leads and prospect through existing clients to engage with other lines of business
Understand who our ideal clients are, what they need, and where Joshu could help.
Gather useful information from prospects and customers
Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
Experiment with tools to automate personalized outreach where applicable
Come up with new creative ways to get prospects’ attention
This is a remote office position
This position will report to a Sales Director
