Primary Duties:
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to prepare marketing submissions for all lines of business i.e., casualty, property, executive risk, cyber etc.
Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data to help management and other teams draw business goals and needs.
Establishing or improve data gathering processes and techniques within the organization.
Administer and review renewal quotes and policies for accuracy and manage the programs throughout the year.
Manage open items calls with brokers.
Maintain the Schedule of Insurance for the department.
Develop and foster professional relationships across the enterprise.
Provide customer service to the subsidiaries as needed.
Provide premium allocations for all lines of business.
Continue to help develop written policies and procedures for the department and across the organization as needed.
Review and negotiate contract language as needed.
Be able to assist with the department budget for all subsidiaries.
Reviewing requests for Certificates of Insurance to verify coverage compliance is met.
Handle internal requests for Certificates of Insurance for outside vendors/customers of the organization.
Receive, distribute, track, and reconcile insurance invoices for coverages and services purchased by the organization.
Provide general support to the Risk Management Department as needed.
Proficiency in mathematics with the skill to translate information into understandable reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five years minimum in corporate risk management or insurance brokerage, with an insurance company or large brokerage firm.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

Must have a strong financial background.
