Information Technology Services (ITS) at Iowa State University (ISU) is seeking two Learning and Development Specialist II positions to design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity within ISUâs implementation of a new Student Information System.
The Learning and Development Specialists will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, including the facilitation of those programs. These specialists will utilize Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Canvas, Workday, MS Stream, and other systems to create content and provide training that aligns with the overall change management strategy for implementation of on-going and new initiatives.
In this position, the Learning and Development Specialists will execute the training strategy that makes change easy for our impacted users and stakeholders. The successful candidates will conduct training analysis to help develop and execute the training plan, while working with project teams and business partners. These training plans will guide business partners to success and drive adoption for end-users. Key to this role is the ability to build cross-functional relationships, communication skills, proficiency in learning management systems and project management.
These positions will be hired with a 2-year initial term.
