Compensation Analyst
Provide strategic leadership in administering the Administrative and Support staff compensation program, policies and practices ensuring equity within/across the institutions and compliance with applicable state/federal regulations. Develop and effectively recommend to the Chief Financial Officers the annual Across-the-Board increase and range/market funding for all staff positions. Monitor economic factors that affect recruitment and retention of staff and develop compensation strategies.Establish market-pricing methodologies, formulate and present recommendations for leadership review.
