The Project Manager will plan for, oversee, manage and maintain the development of websites, interactive dashboards, and apps for the Tennessee Center for Nursing Advancement and the Appalachian Highlands Center for Nursing Advancement, and other centers at ETSU as assigned. Project management will include involvement in the selection of equipment, the cloud supports, and the vendor who will prepare the infrastructure, build, train and implement the projects while maintaining compatibility and consistency with the ETSU IS support systems. Further, the responsibilities shall include identifying and implementing creative solutions to import workforce data from multiple sites and orientations to the warehouse and server cloud, and ultimately into the functioning interactive dashboards and apps. The project manager will assist in choosing the vendors, and coordinate, supervise and evaluate the vendor activities for these projects. The project manager will collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership and the vendor to achieve the desired best outcome for the projects. The project manager will maintain effective communication and timely intervention with supervisors and others, as appropriate, for all steps of the project plan implementation.
