Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Category Analyst for University Procurement Services. Reporting to an Associate Director in University Procurement Services, the Senior Category Analyst is responsible for the full life cycle of the procurement process, including independently sourcing products and services across the university in alignment with Rutgers University policies and best practices in strategic sourcing. The Senior Category Analyst, working within the University's sourcing plans, provides excellent customer service and works directly with customers to identify and support procurement needs, independently sourcing products and service identify suppliers, and establish and monitor term contracts.
