SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$25.05 - $31.30+ per hour (minimum to midpoint range posted). The posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU's compensation plan. RVU's full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Budgeting and Analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple locations. Includes account analysis, reconciliations and schedule preparation using Excel spreadsheets, databases (Access, etc.), and financial reporting software (Hyperion).
Essential Job Functions
Support budget development and monitoring for multiple departments across campuses.
Perform monthly detailed variance analyses comparing actual and budgeted financial performance.
Support the preparation of quarterly reporting package, monthly dashboards, financial analytics, and other internal reports.
Communicate and explain detailed variance analyses to Directors and other faculty program managers.
Support preparation of schedules requested by parent company, Department of Education, and senior management.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses (student attrition, clinical rotations, health clinic, etc.).
Support the analysis of internal growth and acquisition opportunities.
Support the research and analysis of growth opportunities, potential acquisitions, or alliances, where appropriate.
Participate and assist in the preparation of IPEDS and similar reports.
Assists in the preparation of accreditation documents and processes.
Work cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Marginal Job Functions
