FOR USE BY IT AND HSIS ONLY: To provide support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. To lead enhancement, maintenance and support of existing systems by analyzing, designing, estimating, developing, documenting, testing, and implementing required changes. To make appropriate provisions for implementation of new systems. To act as a direct liaison with user, technical support, training and operations personnel. To provide organizational, coordination and scheduling support for projects. To provide technical and administrative support to the department. To support the Oracle based ERP systems using the appropriate tools. To provide support for error management and problem resolution. To extend professional skills and knowledge. To provide technical and administrative support to the department. To act as direct liaison with vendors of information systems hardware and software. This position will commit to fostering an environment of heightened security following Information Technology Security Policies and participating in security training, such as Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), on an annual basis.

(Annual Salary: $89,880 - $146,055)

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
