About the role: This role is part of the Clinical Applications & Delivery team and will participate in the planning, organizing, and enhancement of the Billing, Claims and Registration application workflows and content at Premise Health Centers. The CAD Analyst interfaces & collaborates with Implementations, Client Reporting, Application Training, IT, CPM, Billing & Coding, and Medical Leadership teams.
Plans, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and
support for clinical application software.
Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify
program / application needs and objectives.
Performs workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal
systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of clinical
Works within cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve application
integration to meet clinical needs.
Performs builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed.
Supports applications throughout all phases of implementation.
Delivers post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
May be expected to write documentation to describe program design, settings
and configurations, options, decisions, logic, and corrections.
May require other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Requires 3 to 7 years of related experience
Professional Billing, Claims, and/or Prelude Epic Certification strongly preferred
Data Courier Epic Certification strongly preferred
Possess in-depth clinical application knowledge and experience.

Compensation is between $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
