Job Description: What We Are Looking For
The Baylor University Department of the Bear Foundation is seeking a full-time Director of Development & Operations to support the mission of Baylor University. This position requires a Bachelors Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience. A Masters degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
What You Will Do
Oversee the logistics and stewardship of the courtesy car and private aircraft program
Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects with the intent of identifying, cultivating, and growing donor relationships
Assist with sport specific fundraising and benefit fulfillment
Assist with the department's stewardship efforts
Focus on new member solicitations
Assist on game days with donor relations and customer service needs
Prioritize and complete ongoing tasks following established departmental guidelines and policies
Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations
Other duties as assigned
