Who we are looking for Global Technology Operations (GTO) are looking for highly motivated, candidate to join the Compute environment engineering team. Ideal candidate will have a high expertise in data center infrastructure components across multiple technical towers and support experience, which includes but not limited to data center operations, storage, network, compute and application services. This role will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to enable delivery on priority initiatives within the Compute ENV engineering space. This candidate will plan, execute and deliver across multiple workstreams. Candidate will be key in the success of StateStreets Workload Placement Transformation programme, as we head into a 3-5 journey transforming our Data Centers globally

What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Management, Leadership and global collaboration within the team Primary conduit between IT infrastructure subject matter experts, application owners and business Manage, prioritise and drive managed service providers to prioritise and deliver initiatives/work packages within Compute Env Eng Space Work with Project Managers to maintain plans, risks and issues within Compute Env Engineering space Manage collaboration with current Data Center vendors and ensure smooth transfer of services to new Data Center managed service provider Work with Realty Services on global lease management to prioritise DataCenter, Main Equipment & Satellite Equipment room work efforts
Education & Preferred Qualifications
7+ years' experience in managing and supporting large scale IT programs
Data center, infrastructure, application and business operational knowledge,
Knowledge on Project tooling
Experience in a large scale global operational environment
Experience working with multi-stakeholders, multi-vendor environment; Be able to work with teams in remote locations.
Experience working in Service Delivery environment or similar with knowledge of ITIL processes and qualified to a minimum of ITIL Foundation is a plus
Work independently, reliable and creative
Passionate, self-motivated and driven with a hunger for learning and growth.
Strong communicator with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills.
Strong inter-personal and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with people in different countries Globally
