Responsible for providing in-depth analysis for enterprise business applications, software application analysis and improvement, as well as business process analysis and improvement. Business user support includes but is not limited to; coordinating with the business community to ensure consistent and efficient use of enterprise software applications and software tools, maintaining good working relationships and communication with the business community and external entities, collaborating with the business community on gathering and documenting new business functionality requests and requirements and providing recommendations and/or suggestions on potential software solutions, providing functional prototypes of new process flows, work flows, and systems.
Note:There is one position available, and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: IT Business Analyst I, job grade NB17; IT Business Analyst II, job grade NB19; IT Business Analyst III, job grade NB21 and Senior IT Business Analyst, job grade NB23. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
