Reporting to the Manager, Student Benefits, we are seeking a Sr Analyst Student Benefits will be responsible for key functions in support of the JHU student benefit plans including problem solving, administration, claims analysis and coordination with various stake holders.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborates with JHU offices including but not limited to Student Health & Wellbeing, Office of Student Enrollment and Account Management, University Information Services, and individual school contacts all needs of Student Benefits.
Assists students with all benefit claim needs including leave of absence, disability, family programs, etc.
Resolves complex and confidential claim issues with insurance carriers.
