Position Description: Position is located in the Faculty Group Dental Practice of the School of Dentistry. Responsibilities include daily management of accounts payable; reconciliation of monthly ledgers, processing purchase orders and LVOs using online financial system and other campus tools such as QDB, BRUINBUY, AND TRAVEL EXPRESS CONCUR. Additional duties include processing invoices for payment, processing patient and insurance refunds through PAC BRUIN BUY, place orders from vendors and handle calls from vendors requesting account information. Assist the manager with the preparation of an annual budget. Review biweekly and monthly timesheets for manager who has final signatory authority. Sign timesheets when manager is not available. Train staff in daily collections. The incumbent functions as backup Manager in the Manager's absence.
