The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operational objectives for FNBC Bank. As our COO, you will assist in the development and implementation of strategic long-term goals and practice fiscally responsible decisions. You will also evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and recommend and implement strategies for improvement and growth. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results and improve the overall efficiency and scalability of the organization and will report directly to the CEO. As COO, you will manage and control diverse business operations and functions which will require you to be a self-driven, conscientious leader with outstanding business acumen and work-ethic. What you’ll do as the Chief Operating Officer:
Drive growth and customer satisfaction in operational areas including retail, customer experience, and treasury management
Direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of bank operations in support of established policies, goals, culture, core values, and objectives
Ensure maximum profitability and compliance with bank policies and procedures
Examine current business processes and make necessary adjustments so the best practices and policies are in place
Create the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization’s current activities and its projected growth
