Zions has an excellent opportunity available for a Financial Planning Analyst Intern to join our Wealth Management division. Key responsibilities for this position include the following:
Assist in initial document review and client account setup for new financial planning clients
Provide some administrative support for the team in reviewing initial client information
Organize information to prepare for creation of initial plan on eMoney software website
Analyze wills, trust, and financial statements to make recommendations to Financial Planners and Financial Analysts
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, financial planning, or other related field.
Progress in Certified Financial Planning certification is a plus.
Familiarity with the financial planning process (balance sheets, cash flow statements, estate planning documents)
Basic knowledge in estate planning, investment planning, retirement planning, personal net worth and cash flow statements, insurance, and asset protection.
Must be organized, contentious, and detail oriented.
