The Leadership Development Specialist will work closely with the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and the Enrollment Management senior leadership team to identify, develop and/or enhance professional development opportunities for Enrollment Management staff.

Enhancing,supportingand promoting theEnrollment Management Fellows Program, a signature program that facilitates participants' exposure to and understanding of key functions and operations withinEnrollment Management
Identifying opportunities for scholarly work, such as article writing and presentations, and supportingresearch, writing and publication of such works
Serving on the Enrollment Management Staff DevelopmentCommittee, andassisting with organizing and executing professionaldevelopment workshops and events
Providing consulting support to departmental leaders on professional development needs fortheirrespective offices
Assisting with the acknowledgment and promotion of significant Enrollment Management achievements both individually and collectively
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong communication skills
Understanding of instructional design concepts
Project management experience
Knowledge of professional development principles
Familiarity with program assessment approaches
Familiarity with graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
