As Senior Analyst, Investment Compliance you will be assisting within a project to implement a new investment compliance monitoring system and the requirements related to rule interpretation and testing.
*6-month contract role
About The Role:
Interpret investment guidelines and regulatory requirements related to investment products in order to provide guidance around the correct coding of investment limitation rules
Maintain status monitoring of 500+ investment rules, tracking their status within the development, testing, review, implementation and validation lifecycle
Be able to accurately compare multiple entity NAVs across multiple systems to validate accuracy of portfolio components and calculations.
Present and document detailed investment compliance rule calculations related to multiple asset classes and concepts, including derivatives, unlisted assets, VaR and duration.
About You:
Experience investment instruments including fixed income, equities, unlisted property and infrastructure funds, private debt, ETFs, ETD and OTC derivatives.
Practical experience reviewing and interpreting regulatory statues and guidance, preferably related to investment management or investment products
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong experience with investments related systems and processes.
Hands-on knowledge of investment systems and technology (Blackrock Aladdin preferred)
