We are looking for an energetic professional to join our Risk Management Department. The Risk Analyst will be responsible for supporting a broad range of risk management department initiatives and objectives, including developing risk management programs, maintaining, and supporting systems, and safety and business continuity initiatives globally.
Major Responsibility
Support departments in the delivery and continuous improvement of best-in-class corporate risk management programs and services, including Enterprise Risk Management, Youth Safety Business Continuity Insurance Policy, Business Contract Reviews, Acquisitions Integration, monitoring the Risk Management email inbox, and responding to insurance inquiries, and service requests, including contract reviews and request for certificates of insurance.
Assist with department administration, including developing procedures, processing invoices, and maintaining insurance schedules and department records.
Manage information collection and prepare submissions for insurance renewals and audits.
Prepare reports and presentation materials as necessary; assist with special projects.
Provide support for international and regional offices and related projects where appropriate.
Employs analytics in the benchmarking of costs, retentions, appropriate limits, of liability as well as the claims process and other decision-making processes.
Supports the allocation process by preparing allocations for the ~150 business units and communicates.
Maintain spreadsheets and reconcile all associated cash accounts monthly.
Coordinate cash transfers to ensure that the third-party administrator can pay claims to the extent of the deductible.

1-3 years of experience in risk management or property/casualty insurance experience (preferred but not required)
