Responsibilities will include:
Manage marketing and advertising campaigns for assigned business lines from strategy development to deployment and reporting, including but not limited to: writing copy for and leveraging a broad mix of paid, earned and owned media to reach defined target audiences; managing internal and external resources; defining and managing to timelines and budgets; and proactively suggesting new opportunities for strategic development.
Execute marketing plans and marketing projects across all mediums, traditional and digital.
Experience in managing high-profile client/executive relationships; comfortable with addressing and presenting in executive meetings.
Proactively communicates campaign and project details and milestones to key stakeholders.
Controls project efforts to meet project objective and budget. Develops detailed schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Manages project production and vendor relationships.
Track key milestones and adjusts plans and/or resources, applying change control procedures.
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet expectations.
Communicate major milestones and identify potential project risks; conduct regular status meetings to review project activities; manage prioritization and resources.
Record and maintain digital project files to preserve all necessary forms, approvals and other documents. Adhere to filing procedures and naming protocols.
Create detailed project reports. Identifies and tracks Key Performance Indicators, analyzes metrics, identifies trends, summarizes and distributes information.
Create campaign summaries and ROI reports.
Conduct periodic policy and procedure audits as assigned.
Identifiy and champion educational opportunities, gain buy-in, and drive participation. Prepare and conduct team training sessions.
Higher level project manager duties may include the following: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvements. Provide recommendations to management and lead implementation for approved process changes.

Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree and 2+ years experience with project management (preferably in a marketing or advertising). Knowledge of financial services industry, advertising copywriting, project management, or other directly related experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Experience in writing copy for multiple medias and formats.
Working knowledge of project management, marketing/advertising, banking industry, website marketing and analytics/digital advertising.
Demonstrated ability to apply marketing concepts to meet business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and build effective partnerships across organizational and functional boundaries.
High level of initiative, energy, and persistence.
Proficient with MS Office, MS Sharepoint, Workfront (or other project management software), and all social media platforms. Hootsuite and GaggleAMP are a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and process improvement skills.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
This position is primarily a remote working department, however on occasion, may require in-office attendance based on business needs of the department for training, meetings, etc.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60K - $70K annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
