What You'll do

In this role, you will support the MPF Program by completing Mortgage Operations Review and Evaluations (MORE) of MPF Servicing to ensure Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago's compliance with Master Servicing Oversite requirements. To ensure Participating Financial Institutions (PFI/servicer) and mortgage sub-subservicers are compliant with MPF Program and Servicing Guides requirements.

How you'll make an impact:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure MPF Program success
• Support the MPF Program risk management with members
• Develop relationships to support members experiences

What you can expect:

• Identify PFIs that require a MORE to be completed on a triennial basis.
• Gather internal information to build the framework of the review and schedule meetings with the PFIs to discuss the details and observations of the review.
• Verify PFIs current ability for meeting the necessary requirements of the MPF Program.
• Develop a conclusion and recommendations based on the data to be submitted to FHLBC management teams and other interested parties.
• Develop and present comprehensive training materials regarding mortgage products and operations to internal and external partners.

What you'll bring:

• College degree or equivalent mortgage industry background
• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Must have prior loan servicing experience and knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Self-directed, takes initiative, and manages time effectively
• Capable of working individually and in team-based environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills allowing you to work with all levels of staff
• Strong analytic skills and demonstrated decision-making abilities

• Skilled in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Able to organize and lead presentations to small and large groups including senior management.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
