Kandiyohi Power Cooperative is currently accepting applications for a full-time Data Analyst. This position offers a competitive benefits package including 100% paid life and disability insurance. This is an in-office Monday – Friday, 7:30a.m. – 4:00p.m. position.
This Data Analyst role would be a great fit for an individual who successfully:
Gathers and analyzes data for developing demand-side management programs and annual reporting.
Has proven experience in researching and analyzing system wide Cooperative data to inform and support decision making.
Works with members to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical solutions.
Performs statistical modeling of data sets, provides analysis, develops metrics, identifies trends and patterns, and presents findings through reports and presentations for KPC and member-owners.
Has experience with researching and writing grants and funding options available that benefit KPC and its member-owners.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, or comparable, preferred.
Preferred work experience of 5+ years.
Self-starter, with proven skills of being self-directed, both working independently, and on a collaborative team.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of people and organizations.
Knowledge and proficiency using the Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. Other computer applications as required. NISC experience helpful.
