• Jencap Success Academy (JSA) is a two year, rotational insurance training program that will give the Trainee full development within all three of our divisions: Bind Authority, Brokerage and Programs. 
• The academy will encompass both formal coursework and hands on learning and experiences.
• Each Trainee will engage in a formal rotation program that will allow experiences and on-the job learning to create better skill/job match for their final career assignment within Jencap upon graduation of JSA.
• Over the two-year program, the Trainee will engage with other Jencap employees for team learning and networking opportunities.
• These events will be held in person and virtually. During the two-year program the Trainee will obtain their P&C license and complete the Associates in Surplus Lines three part professional insurance designation.

QUALIFICATIONS:   Degree in Business (preferably a Bachelors Degree)
