The primary role of a Project Manager at BCA is to lead in the design of Architecture and delivery of quality construction documents and specifications. This position offers a great opportunity to lead new projects in our growing office!

Basic Qualifications
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of design, and a keen interest in all phases of architectural service.
*  Generally, have 7?15 years’ experience in commercial architectural work with a balance of design, documents preparation, and team/consultant management experience.
*  Bachelor of Architecture or related field
*  Registered Architect in Oregon (If registered in another state, willingness to register in Oregon)
*  Outstanding communication skills and an interest in working on all phases of architectural work
*  Competence with Building and Accessibility codes analysis and paths to compliance
Desirable Qualifications
*  Revit and BIM workflows familiarity
*  Strong knowledge in construction systems, sustainability, project delivery methodologies (IPD), material applications, and manufacturer and supplier appropriateness.
*  Project management and delivery experience such as Agile, PMP Certification, etc.
