Business Operations Senior Analyst who manages and oversees the financial, operational, human resources and administrative duties for the Ryan White contract(s) and 340B Program in the Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Internal Medicine; implements 340B initiatives to improve clinical care and patient outcomes, reduce health disparities, and enhance program services categories, including but not limited to insurance premium and copay cost-sharing, medical transportation services, nutrition services for patients with food insecurity, and emergency financial assistance, etc.; administers and manages Ryan White and 340B operating funds and provides fiscal oversight for the program area; works as a strategic partner with the Division Director, the Associate Chief for Clinical Affairs, and the Division Administrator to establish and implement short- and long-range goals and objectives; develops and implements strategic planning, succession planning, and goal setting.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
