Job Description:
At Regions, the Business Unit Operations Analyst administers defined procedures, prepares and analyzes reports, and works on projects with an emphasis on process improvement. This role owns one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on Operations' cross-functional processes or project deliverables.
Primary Responsibilities
Uses statistical analysis to solve complex operational, systems-related, and/or customer issues with possible financial risk
Applies complex statistical data to business strategies and presents recommendations to senior management in a meaningful format
Manages complex production efforts and large projects on occasion, requiring the coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines
Partners with technology group on occasion to define business requirements, perform user acceptance testing, and implement complex changes
Facilitates communication to resolve problems and advance strategies
Executes day-to-day deliverables, developing solutions based upon subject expertise, and occasionally representing the department at a broader level
Manages projects led by line of business management
Takes accountability for regular reporting or process administration as owner on occasion
Assists senior management with routine audits of team activities, ensuring compliance to internal policies and procedures
Offers advice and guidance to junior analysts, assisting in the development of necessary skills and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience
Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of related experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
The Consumer Change Management Analyst is part of the Consumer Support Services organization and will support change management efforts to include stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communications planning, sponsorship planning, resistance management, implementation planning, training requirements analysis, and overall integration with other project activities within the Consumer business group.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Consumer leadership and support teams to develop strategic communication deliverables.
Create and advise on business procedures. Ensure processes, procedures, and organizational knowledge are documented and successfully transferred to consumer stakeholders.
Anticipate and resolve stakeholder challenges and other risks and identify downstream impacts of initiatives to facilitate successful implementation of projects.
Monitor initiative risks and ensure appropriate communication, escalation, and mitigation plans are in place.
Develop strong internal partnerships and demonstrate a develop understanding of each internal client's business needs and environment as a whole; obtain executive support where required.
Communicate clearly and concisely while delivering presentations and written communications to large stakeholder audiences and leadership teams.
Define and report on initiative metrics, measurements, and adoption milestones.

Excellent communication skills; must be able to translate complex issues or processes to multiple levels in the organization.
Strong Collaboration skills
