We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Hamilton Branch.
Reporting to the Hamilton Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of trade projects on our existing and new corporate clients' property portfolios.
This role would suit an existing Project Manager or business owner/operator with pricing and project management experience looking for a new challenge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Estimating / pricing new work including upgrades.
Managing minor work projects, ensuring they are delivered to required budget, quality and timeframes.
Managing close out documentation including variations and reconciliations.
Liaising with clients, our in-house Trades team and subcontractor networking.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Trade experienced and qualified, with NZ registration.
Estimating experience is essential.
Site Safe Gold Card, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms highly desirable.
Computer literate - MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be a good communicator, both written and oral.
Able to meet deadlines and work with a high level of autonomy.
Ability to work as part of a team.
