Position Information Under general supervision of Purchasing Supervisor, provide support for departmental purchasing needs, reconcile encumbrance reports, process campus recharges and work orders as assigned and provide additional support to the administrative staff as needed while remaining compliant with UC policies and procedures. Work on assignments that are diverse and complex in nature requiring strong analytical skills necessary to compare and contrast purchasing options. Incumbent will assist with facility requests as well as manage and monitor insurance claims. Assist with monthly ledger reconciliation and fiscal close activities. Receive assignments from management team, make independent decisions and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
Budgeted hiring range for this recruitment is Minimum $44,000.00 to Midpoint $58,500.00.
