Position DescriptionReporting to the Associate Director of Faculty Development in the Office of Medical Education (OME), the Faculty Development Coordinator performs a broad range of tasks and responsibilities to support the OME's mission to enhance teaching skills, support career growth, promote educational scholarship and create learning opportunities for HMS medical education faculty educators. The Program Coordinator is a member of the dynamic four-person faculty development team in the OME, and collaborates with the Curriculum and Assessment and Evaluation teams on key initiatives and projects.The work of this position supports hundreds of HMS core faculty teachers and thousands of HMS faculty in the broader community of affiliates.
