Basic Qualifications
Minimum of two years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Additional Qualifications and Skills
The minimum of two years' relevant work experience required above must include progressively responsible experience as an application administrator or in a technical support role.
The following are preferred:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, management information systems, computer engineering, or similar field
Advanced Microsoft Exchange mailbox administration
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting mail flow problems
Experience with creation of scripts in PowerShell
Experience with the administration and support of Microsoft M365 collaboration suite
Demonstrated solution design using both technical and business process approaches
Experience with custom developed applications and the software development life cycle
Experience leveraging APIs, reporting, and data analytics
Working Conditions
Additional support outside of regularly scheduled hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday breaks, will occasionally be required
Must be available by personal cell phone during business hours, and occasionally off- hours (stipend will be provided)
Additional Information
This role is offered as a hybrid position (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA-based campus on a weekly basis. Specific schedule will be determined between you and your manager.

Salary range: $75k - $85k, commensurate with relevant experience.
