Our client has an immediate need for an HRIS Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience
• 2 -3 years with PeopleSoft experience
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with XML and HTML publisher tools is a plus
• Experience with SQL is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Visio is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with responding to RFP and Due Diligence requests
• Performing restricted stock forfeiture calculations and preparing associated letters and documentation
• Assisting with diversity and Affirmative Action reporting
• Assuming primary responsibility for FHL data integration maintenance and imports
• Assisting with HRWeb maintenance and development
• Performing monthly sales bonus imports to PeopleSoft
• Performing data entry for all job, position, and pay changes

• Generating and distributing all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Managing automated report distribution process
• Creating organization charts using Visio
