In consultation with the Associate Director of Enrollment for Graduate Professional Education (GPE), the Enrollment Management Systems Analyst position provides complex system support for the Graduate Professional Education team and stakeholders, including the Graduate School. This will entail CRM (Slate by Technolutions) system maintenance and configuration, Slate Portals, APIs, query and reporting support, and opportunities for programming. This role will also liaise with ITS and the Graduate School.
A Bachelor's degree, two years of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith are required. Five years of relevant work experience is preferred. Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous higher education experience is a plus.
A hybrid work arrangement will be considered on a case by case basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with SQL or other query languages.
Experience with html, CSS, JavaScript and/or other scripting languages.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and has strong project management skills.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience managing Slate or other higher ed CRMs.
Technical expertise regarding data mining/segmentation techniques.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Work with the Associate Director of Enrollment to meet continuous and changing GPE and departmental needs within Slate - research and implement improvements, advancement of new solutions and processes, and ensure accuracy in data and reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain CRM functionality using native features and SQL to improve capabilities and efficiency. Java and/or Javascript customizations may also be utilized.
Work with the Associate Director of Enrollment to scope and design CRM Portals to meet the needs of campus partners.
Develop and maintain CRM portals to house information and self-service functionality for both departments and perspective students (inward-facing and outward-facing).
Research, build, and maintain CRM integrations to accommodate CRM and partner updates and leverage new functionality.
Oversee day-to-day system maintenance (forms, events, rules, retention policies, inbox, mailings) to ensure efficient operation and resource optimization while meeting organizational requirements.
Set up and verify Deliver queries.
Maintain system data integrity for GPE and Graduate School programs.
Support Data Analytics by ensuring processes/databases conform to data governance requirements.
Meet additional CRM related requirements as needed.
