We have an exclusive opening for a Contract Analyst based onsite at Auckland Prison in Paremoremo. As part of our elite team, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts and ensuring seamless operations, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Monitor contract performance, timelines, and confidentiality/security compliance.
Interpret and apply contractual requirements for onsite team.
Prepare detailed contract reports and maintain accurate records.
Assist Contract Manager and coordinate with key clients.
Manage work order system functionality and performance.
Investigate incidents and maintain a risk register.
Support training and continuous improvement efforts.
Execute the Audit Plan.
Proactively identify and solve contract issues.
Cultivate relationships with external partners.
Conduct facility inspections for maintenance and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide regular updates on maintenance progress.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Have excellent communication skills.
Be proficient with MS Office - Word and Excel, PowerBi or similar reporting tools.
Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package & Work Order Management Systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, security, and ethical conduct.
Candidates must pass a thorough background check and meet all eligibility requirements to work in a prison environment.
Possess a working knowledge of HSSEQ Systems, risk management and auditing.
Solid background with reporting & analytics.
Understands and can interpret contractual terms.
Ability to multitask, pre-plan and meet deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
