Theideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community andhave a desire and ability to work with a diverse population. Reporting to theDirector of Administrative Computing, this position is the primary liaisonbetween the Administrative Computing group and the campus community. Theposition is responsible for the ongoing support of the administrative computingsystems users at the college. The position will work closely with system usersto maximize their effective use of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and otherthird-party administrative systems. The ideal candidate will have excellentpeople skills combined with a solid foundation in student administrativesystems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide tier one daily user support and troubleshooting of issues;
- Assist departments with the documentation of their business processes;
- Lead review and testing of PeopleSoft bundles including working with end users on new functionality;
- Assist technical and functional IT staff through all aspects of development, including design, creation, testing, and issue resolution;
- Work collaboratively with functional users to ensure continuous effective use of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and other third-party student administrative systems;
- Assist the Director and Department heads with implementation and monitoring of business process solutions;
- Assist users with utilizing additional delivered functionality;
- Work with users to continually refine administrative applications to reflect business processes;
- Work with functional team to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems;
- Work with Director of Administrative Computing to assist in managing requests from users following the change management process;
- Assist the Director with improving integrated systems workflow between modules and additional 3rd party applications;
- Perform other functional, technical, and business analyst support duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Computer Science or Business related field;
- Minimum two years of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience in one or more of the following modules: Admissions, Student Records, Advising,
- Student Accounts, or Financial Aid;
- Experience working with setups and configurations in a college level Student Information System;
- Experience documenting computer-related business processes and procedures;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and quality;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to learn complex applications software processes, procedures and setups;
- Ability to communicate with developers regarding project requirements, system analysis, and deliverables;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet ongoing deadlines, and perform all essential functions of the position;
- Experience with Microsoft Office software applications.
PreferredQualifications:

- Experience working in a college office in support of student administrative services;
- Experience in higher education, preferably at a community college;
- Experience with applications training and support.
Additional Information:
Salary Range: $78,000.00 - 83,000.00 Annual Salary
