Compensation Analyst
Position DescriptionIndependently provide a broad range of support to HMS HR for compensation. Work with HR professionals on academic and staff compensation initiatives. This position will support new hire and equity reviews using HMS, University, and market data. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Compensation with a dotted line to the Assistant Director of Academic Compensation. Prepare compensation reports and analyses for regular meetings with departments regarding academic and staff compensationAssist in the preparation of comprehensive salary analyses for staff and academics, including new and reclassified positionsSupport equity recommendations through use of statistical tool and internal and external reviewPartici
