About Us
The veterinary studio team that you will join is experienced and passionate about designing the best veterinary hospitals for our clients. Vicki Pollard, Vet Tech, and Principal/Architect (Penn State ’98), and Weston Bugbee, Project Manager (CU ’17) are supported by Evan Ollenburger, Job Captain (K. State ’20), and Kiley Russell, Designer (Syracuse ’23).
Our overall Animal Arts team that you would also collaborate with consists of 39 members total. We have 5 Principals and 4 dedicated Associates. Additionally, we have our talented Marketing Director who has been with our team for over 15 years, our Human Resource Manager, Accountant, Billing Clerk, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Job Captains, and Designers.

About You
You are a seasoned architectural professional with a strong project management skill set that cares deeply about leading a team. You are organized and have effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You are a good fit with our existing team and company core values.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop architectural designs and plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
Oversee construction activities and supply guidance to construction teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Review and approve architectural drawings and documents.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Professional licensure as an architect is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in Revit, and other visual communication software
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
