We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:
Analyze nationwide market data and produce written reports
Mine data sources including the Internet and 3rd party data providers
Create PowerPoint presentations for the Investment Advisors and Mortgage Bankers
Produce factual writing of the data gathered during the research
Other duties as assigned.
We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have:
Commercial Real Estate Experience; in a multifamily research capacity preferred (2 years +)
Advanced experience in Excel / PowerPoint (a must)
Experience supporting analytical research - Capital Market trends & Market Data
Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Reader preferred.
