This position offers a hybrid work schedule for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY. Residence must be within Cincinnati Tri-State area with reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.
Job Overview
The incumbent for this role will leverage their prior experience to support the financial analysis function in UC Online, including the revenue forecasting process for 115+ programs generating more than $75M in annual revenue and budget management for over 30 program portfolios with more than $35M in annual expenses. This position will play a key role in enhancing the financial analysis portfolio for UC Online, including (but not limited to) program costing, investment and breakeven analysis, and analysis of life-time value.
Essential Functions
Monitor and interpret financial data in the development of cost analysis and reports.
Prepare financial/statistical analysis reports.
Perform budget analysis to ensure adherence to policies and assist in the development of budgetary forecasts.
Prepare and assist in budget-related analysis, estimates and financial reports.
Conduct financial feasibility studies on new programs by using financial modeling systems and statistical programs.
Understand university financial policies and be able to apply those policies to financial transactions, and/or provide guidance to those who seek to apply those policies.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree must be in Accounting, Business, Finance, Database Administration, or related field.
Required Experience
Three (3) years of experience in accounting.
