Join the Gas Operations department at Garden City Station. As an Auxiliary Equipment Operator Trainee I-III, you will get the chance to operate equipment and conduct rounds under the direct supervision of assigned training personnel. The candidate will be required to satisfactorily complete required classroom and on-shift training per the Operator Training Program requirements.

Top Qualifications:
High school diploma and six months progressive power plant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Successful completion of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) Test.
Able to learn to read and comprehend basic power plant principles, equipment processes and systems, and practices/procedures.
