ETSU is accepting applications for a Director of Business Operations/Data Analyst. This position is responsible to the Vice President for Administration/Chief Operating Officer for collaborating with all Office of Administration operational units, including procurements, contracts, and budgetary accounts. This position works closely with the Office of Administration Directors and all Office of Administration Business Office personnel to ensure budgeting decisions are in line with the strategic goals and missions of the university; compile numerical, statistical, and narrative reports; regularly review financial statements with Assistant VP for Administration, Facilities Business Director, and other administration units and provides consultation to all levels of departmental staff relative to budget issues to ensure expenditures remain within budget allocations, while striving to achieve departmental objectives; supports other Office of Administration units in determining appropriate budgetary and service response for new initiatives, projects, changes in services or access; maintains open working relationships and communication with university budgeting offices and resources; and contributing to the success of Office of Administration Operations by demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm for excellent customer service; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
