We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our organization as a Talent and Development Director. In this individual contributor role, your primary focus will be on the design and implementation of talent and development programs, as well as learning and development initiatives, to propel employee growth and enhance our workforce's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent and Development Program Design:
Lead the strategic design of talent and development programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Collaborate with leadership to identify critical competencies and skills required for success.
Learning and Development Initiatives:
Spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs that foster continuous growth and skill enhancement.
Identify opportunities for innovation in learning methodologies and technologies.
Collaborate with Talent Partners to identify learning needs and design training programs.
Facilitate or coordinate training sessions and workshops as needed.
Talent and Leadership Development Strategy:
Align talent strategies such as mentoring, mobility, coaching, high potential programs and executive and leadership development with the development needs of our workforce.
Ensure that new hires are onboarded effectively and integrated into development pathways.
Performance Management Support:
Provide guidance and resources to managers and employees to enhance performance management processes.
Promote a culture of regular feedback, coaching, and skill improvement.
Mentoring and Coaching Programs:
Establish mentoring and coaching programs to facilitate employee growth, leadership development, and career progression.
Create a supportive learning environment for employees at all levels.
Talent Analytics:
Utilize talent data and analytics to assess the impact of talent and development programs.
Identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for targeted development efforts.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:
Promote diversity and inclusion within talent and development programs, ensuring equitable access and opportunities for all employees.
Collaborate with HR to enhance diversity recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 + years proven track record in designing and implementing talent and development programs and learning initiatives that drive employee growth.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong talent analytics and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Strategic mindset and ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
Self-motivated and able to work independently on program design and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Certification in HR or Talent Management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ATD) is a plus .
