Strategy Advisor - Cancer Strategy and Business Development

This position is responsible for leading the Cancer Programs new growth initiatives, strategy deployments, partnership formation, business planning activities, and other key actions that lead to the successful implementation of the Cancer Programs strategic plan. This position is a senior member of the strategy and cancer teams. Working directly with senior Cancer Program, Wexner Medical Center and Strategy leaders, this position is responsible for leading the formulation of business and strategic plans, benchmarking, market trend analysis, data analyses, project management and implementation support to enable strategic decisions and strategy implementation. The position is responsible for collaborating and supporting the growth priorities across all aspects of the Cancer Programs mission patient care, research, education and community impact. Position key performance indicators include the implementation of Cancer Program strategic plan growth priorities, number of new business plans implemented, ROI on business plans, number of new strategic partnerships, and growth indicators (volumes, market share, financial performance).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; Masters preferred. Ten plus years of strategy, business planning or related experience, preferably in healthcare and ideally with a cancer program / service line.
