Job DescriptionUnder general supervision, provides consultation to patient care and revenue cycle services in the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training, adoption and optimization in the integrated information systems that support and enhance revenue cycle, clinical practice, administrative and management needs and patient outcomes. Works closely with clinical and revenue cycle build teams and end users to identify optimization opportunities. Provides training for new staff and refresher/skills enhancement training for current staff and providers.
