The CRE Warehouse Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in capital markets executions, as well as in providing strategic advisory services / support for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Investment Banking / Institutional Banking teams. The CRE Warehouse Associate / Analyst also serves as an intermediary for clients. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor by assisting clients in capital markets executions (warehouse, CLO, conduit), providing support to senior Directors as needed, and ensuring all operational processes proceed smoothly.
