The project manager supports the Transformation Office through developing and managing new projects focused on increasing student enrollment and student success, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving the socio-mobility of graduates; advising department project leads within the functional areas of Facilities, Enrollment Management, the Office of Career Services, the Extended Campus, and the Stakeholder Experience; creating project plans including the overall scope; selecting, organizing, and coordinating the project team; creating the project budget; managing the project execution; assessing and managing risk; taking responsibility for project time management; assessing progress against key performance indicators; ensuring quality of project deliverables; reporting to all stakeholders; managing the closing of the project.

The primary function of the N.C. A&T State University Transformation Office is to facilitate the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects focused on increasing student enrollment and student success; enhancing operational efficiency; and improving the socio-economic mobility of graduates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience in project management
Preferred:
Master's Degree

This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies. N.C. A&T employees are generally required to reside in North Carolina, within a 2-hour commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
