During our comprehensive, 8-week internship program, interns are exposed to different functional areas of business at Lockton and have the opportunity to interact with many Associates. Working alongside these Associates allows interns to experience our caring and diverse culture, develop business acumen, and grow their technical and soft skills. Each intern is paired with a Performance Coach who helps to guide them through the course of the internship.
The program is very "hands-on" with the intern being included in such activities policy review, client renewal presentations, and onsite client meetings.
In a small group (3-5 interns), solve a real-world challenge facing the insurance industry and Lockton. Present findings and strategies in a formal presentation to Lockton leadership at the end of the program.
Rotate through several weeklong case studies focused on our specialized units within the company. Work alongside leaders to identify solutions to client issues.
